Prep Cook

Are you a passionate and skilled prep cook looking for flexible work? Our catering company, specializing in Asian Fusion and local favorites, is seeking a contract prep position for on-call work.

Position: Prep Cook/ Vegetable and Meat Prep Work
Employment Type: Contract, Part-time
Pay: Same day
Schedule: Flexible, on-call

Responsibilities:

*Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and preparing meats
*Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes
*Ensure kitchen areas are clean and sanitized
*Follow food safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:

*Proven experience as a prep cook or similar role
*Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Must be flexible with scheduling
