Services include adult primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, and walk-in care. Our Primary Care Physician Practice in Springfield, MA , is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee all operational and managerial activities associated with the successful oversight of a high-volume, multi-provider Primary Care practice. The Manager will provide leadership and direction to direct reports and providers, and act as a positive role model. They will coordinate and carry out all administrative functions, including general customer service and administrative support to physicians/providers and staff, as well as educate staff regarding the organization’s and the practice’s policies and oversee compliance. Evening hours will be occasionally required.
