A well-established growing practice is seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Leader to lead daily operations and foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This key leader ensures the smooth running of the office, supports both clinical and administrative teams, and partners closely with physicians to deliver exceptional patient care and operational excellence.

You’ll provide leadership across:

• Operations & Workflow: Oversee front desk, nursing, and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and positive patient experiences.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and develop staff; manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Human Resources: Handle payroll, onboarding, and compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and employment regulations.
• Financial Oversight: Coordinate billing, deposits, and budget tracking with accuracy and accountability.
• Practice Development: Collaborate with physicians on process improvements, growth initiatives, and quality performance goals.
• Facilities & Vendors: Manage supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain a safe and well-functioning office environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in medical office or healthcare practice management
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing clinical and administrative teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Calm, professional presence with the ability to build trust and resolve issues effectively
