Job Title: Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Engineer (HYBRID)

Job Description: The client is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer with Microsoft's Power Platform, to include PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
Responsibilities: - The Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 System Administrator primary responsibility will be to provide support for the system configuration, upgrade, security administration, change management, monitoring, auditing, and integrations for Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM system components.
- Strong experience with troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power pages, Dynamics 365, and Dataverse.
- Experience with configuring DevOps Pipelines (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator) in Power Platform environments.
- Deploy and Upgrade/Update Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Experience with configuring On-Prem Power BI gateways.
- Manage all levels of system administration support for all Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments.
- Monitor and communicate maintenance notifications.
- Monitor performance of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments.
- Assist to maintain Power Platform licenses, user access and security roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft's licensing model for Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Understanding of Azure Administration.
- Work with functional and technical teams to understand and gather requirements to design and develop modifications and extensions to Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Systems administration experience on the Windows Server platform, with web/app server deployments and operations including IP, STP, load balancing, clustering, firewall rules, failover, monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning, etc.
- Experience optimizing systems performance, troubleshooting systems problems, and analyzing usage and systems load issues of a highly technical nature.
- Experience in the administration/configuration of monitoring tools (SCCM/SCOM/NAGIOS/ETC)
- Strong troubleshooting abilities to get to the source of problems and think critically regarding possible solutions.
