Job Title: Powder Coat Painter Job Description Join our team as a Powder Coat Painter, earning $18-23 per hour on a convenient first shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays. This role focuses on powder coating and wet painting of industrial equipment, primarily large units. Responsibilities include setting up and cleaning spray guns, changing wet tanks, performing color and powder changes, maintaining the wash line, swapping feed hoppers, priming parts before painting, and conducting quality checks on finished parts. A deep understanding of compliance and color change procedures is essential.
