We are seeking 10 experienced Groundskeeper Porters/Janitorial workers in the East Bay that are hard working, willing to go the extra mile and provide quality service to our Property Management Clients. Pay range depending on experience and reference checks. Must pass 7 year background check. Within 30 days of employment you must complete CA Sexual Harassment training course. If you do not obtain a Maintenance Fair Housing Act Certificate of completion we offer a free training course through our agency.

Porters: Pay Rate D.O.E.

Job Description:

The porter/groundskeeper provides basic light maintenance functions and cleaning for the property.

The porter/groundskeeper is charged with providing exceptional service by maintaining the grounds and property with high curb appeal.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• At least 6 months experience working as a Porter/Groundskeeper for residential properties is required.
• Must be able to work in a fast pace outdoor environment.
• Must be prepared to deal with trash services
• Must be able to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a criminal background check - no felonies
• Must be able to take direction from management
• Must be able to work well with others
• Must be on-time and work full schedule
• Must have excellent customer service

Areas that the porter may need to address are:

• Painting interior/exterior
• Janitorial duties
• Laundry facilities
• Trash bins and dumpsters
• Maintain Landscaping
• Assisting maintenance personnel
