Pool Cleaner

Job Description: Locally family owned pool business located in Tucson, Arizona. We are in the midst of hiring a reliable Full Time pool cleaner with past experience. First two weeks of training with someone is $18/hour on your own it can range from $22-$25 depending on experience. This job requires cleaning residential and commercial pool properties. Employees will be provided with a cell phone, uniform, equipment, work truck, and gas. This is a Monday- Friday job and some Saturday’s (short days) when needed. We have medical, dental insurance and other insurance. MUST BE OVER 21 TO APPLY

Responsibilities And Duties:
Cleaning the pool, this includes brushing the walls and floors of the pool to remove dirt, algae, and debris.
Vacuuming pools, to remove leaves, twigs, and other objects
Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safe and clean swimming conditions
Adding chemicals as needed
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Empty skimmer baskets
Interacting with homeowners in a professional manner
Communicate any problems with the pool equipment with supervisors

Qualifications and Skills:
Strong knowledge of pool cleaning
Attention to detail to ensure proper water chemistry balance
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service
Skilled in operating pool cleaning equipment such as vacuums, skimmers, nets, and brushes
Good attitude
Diligent
Dependable
Must be able to work independently
Physically fit, able to carry 50 pounds perhaps multiple times a day
Able to work outside in all weather conditions
Pass a background check
Must have a valid drivers license
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be able to pass a drug test
