Mt. Cuba Center is a public garden that highlights the beauty and value of native plants to inspire conservation. Once the private estate of Pamela and Lammot du Pont Copeland, the gardens opened for general admission in 2013 and now spans more than 1,000 acres. It features captivating blooms along garden pathways in formal and woodland settings, picturesque meadows and ponds with stunning vistas, and more than two miles of scenic trails throughout its natural lands. Plant Records Manager
The Plant Records Manager at Mt. Cuba Center enhances living collection documentation, manages plant records staff, and performs essential functions for the plant records department. This role develops and maintains plant records policies, manages IRIS BG and ArcGIS software, and handles plant material acquisition and taxonomic revisions. Additionally, the Plant Records Manager creates and disseminates thematic maps and supports collaborative projects internally and externally.

Please note this is a Full Time, exempt position with a 37.5 hour week.

The starting compensation for this Full Time position is expected to be $55,500 - $60,500 per year.
