Position Overview: The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing facility, including production, quality control, maintenance, and workforce management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management:

•Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production processes and alignment with company goals.
•Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

• Production & Operations:

•Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
•Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

• Quality Assurance:

•Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
•Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

• Safety & Compliance:

•Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
•Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Continuous Improvement:

•Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions through Lean manufacturing and other methodologies.
•Lead initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency across the facility.

• Budgeting & Financial Management:

•Prepare and manage the annual budget for the plant, tracking expenses and implementing cost-saving measures as necessary.
•Analyze financial reports to make informed operational decisions.

• Collaboration:

•Work closely with other departments, including supply chain, engineering, and sales, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
•Foster strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, with a proven track record of managing complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
