**Physical Therapist Assistant**
Looking for *PRN PTA coverage* for weekend treatments when needed, vacation/PTO days, and call offs.

**Job Summary:**
Join our in-house therapy team! Our facility located in Lorain is easily accessible from Rt 2 and Rt 6. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. We are committed to providing care so every resident can reach peak independence and functionality. Our dedicated therapy team has a proven track record of getting results! The therapy gym is spacious and equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' physical well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies.
**Experience:**
-Follow the plan of care set forth by the Physical Therapist
- Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or eligibility for licensure.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care and improving individuals' quality of life.
