Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Pages, Keynote, Numbers, Excel, Calendar, Mail, and other OS X-based office systems.
  • Experience with photography and Adobe Photoshop
  • 1-3 years of related customer service experience
  • Effective time management, multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing
  • Flexibility with last-minute schedule changes
  • Experience with Office/Administrative Tools - ability to speak on use of office tools and applications
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective and essential working relationships inside and outside of the group

Job Description:

  • Provide an effective and enjoyable experience for everyone who interacts with Badge Services.
  • Check in guests in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Take photos in a busy workspace while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Print and distribute badges and passport photos in a high-traffic area.
  • Remotely create and ship badges to locations across the Americas.
  • Provide support to satellite Badging offices across the World.
  • Provide direction to Employees and Vendors regarding badging, according to established policies.
  • Answer & properly route incoming phone calls.
  • Interact with business units (written and verbal) on a frequent basis.
  • Create and maintain lists and informational documents, handling sensitive information in an appropriate manner.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, furniture, and equipment as required.
  • Maintain all working area conditions and equipment to ensure they are within corporate standards for cleanliness, proper maintenance, and safety.
  • Additional duties may include filing, sorting, mail distribution, data entry, inventory management, and completing additional projects as needed.
