Key Responsibilities for our Pest Control Technicians:

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest issues, potential entry points, and harborage zones.

• Develop and execute tailored pest management strategies.
\n
• Educate customers on preventive measures focusing on sanitation, storage, and landscaping to minimize future pest risks.
\n
• Generate and communicate detailed service reports, ensuring customers are well-informed of actions taken and recommended follow-ups.

• Adhere to strict safety and regulatory guidelines in handling products and equipment, contributing to the safety and efficiency of operations.

• Support sales and service excellence by identifying up-sell opportunities and assisting in sales initiatives.

More Info about our Pest Control Technician position:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
\n
• Location: Must reside within 25 miles of the office for feasible commutes.
\n
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including full coverage for health and dental, vacation, holiday pay, a robust retirement plan, and more.

• Salary: First-year earnings $35k to $42k+ including benefits and opportunities for financial growth through company performance.

Requirements for Pest Control Technician:

• Obtain/maintain Arkansas registered applicator certification.
\n
• 2+ years of work experience (pest control industry preferred).
\n
• Valid Arkansas driver's license with a clean driving record.
\n
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
\n
