What You'll Do:
Manage a busy schedule, including heavy domestic and international travel arrangements.
Oversee real estate projects, including vendor payments, insurance, and task coordination.
Reconcile bank accounts and manage bill payments.
Provide day-to-day support, such as scheduling meetings, picking up supplies, and running personal errands.
Travel between offices, homes, and project sites as needed.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience as a Personal and Executive Assistant.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and MS Office.
Strong writing and communication skills.
A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
A background in real estate is a plus.
