Job Description
We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant/Driver for a contract assignment. This role will be supporting a CEO during his stay in the Miami area. This assignment will run November 1, 2024 until April 30, 2025 (holiday break from Dec 23, 2024-Jan 9, 2025).
Regular Daily tasks (include but not limited):
Grocery shopping
Preparing meals
Property Management / cleaning
Running errands
Managing all expenses, documenting expenses and submitting expenses for reimbursement
Laundry
Managing health appointments
Booking weekly / monthly massage, personal grooming
Travel to Tampa on monthly basis
Administration: Updating Company documentation to include all Miami processes
Approximately 40 hours per week:
Monday to Friday: 2 to 4 hours each day before 2pm (starting as early as 7am) including driving to appointments, cleaning the apartment, grocery shopping / cooking and running errands. A couple of times per month you may need you to drive to Tampa, Orlando, etc. Frequent trips will involve overnight stays.
Saturday and Sunday 6 to 12 hours each day. Similar tasks to during the week + potential social events such as dinners

Requirements:
Strong English language skills
Familiarity with Miami and South Florida
Valid drivers licence (preference given to candidates with vehicle)
Must be currently residing in the Miami area
