Swedish Medical Group is looking to add a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Consultative Pediatric Pulmonologist to join their Pediatric Specialty Practice. The successful candidate will work independently to provide consultative services in both an inpatient and ambulatory setting. In this unique role, you will partner with the Swedish Medical Group Pediatricians, ARNPs and Family Practitioners to provide diagnosis, diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations of common pulmonary conditions (asthma, pneumonia, chronic cough, etc.) through electronic consults and in-person evaluations. You will provide aftercare for NICU graduates of our Level IV NICU in partnership with their chosen PCP. Inpatient consults will be during normal business hours only and there is no overnight or weekend call associated with this role. The larger Pediatric Specialty team includes board-certified physicians from Pediatric general surgery, Urology, Nephrology, Orthopedics, Urology, Infectious Disease, Gastroenterology, Hospitalists and Intensivists. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to join a collaborative team of clinicians serving multidisciplinary programs such as the Small Baby Unit within the NICU IV and our Aerodigestive program.
