Honeybee Hires is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)   in San Ramon, CA , who is eager to learn from an advanced leadership team with extensive experience in areas such as literacy, myofunctional therapy, feeding and more.

Position overview:

• $85k-$115k DOE
• Clinic-based, in person
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services for a range of conditions, such as articulation, language delay, feeding difficulties and more!
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Involve and educate the child's care team in their therapy program to encourage carryover in home
• Monitor and track client progress
• Adapt therapy plans to ensure progress and goal attainment
• Maintain a positive and engaging environment to foster growth and development

Qualifications:

• Active or pending California Speech-Language Pathology license
• Willingness to learn myofunctional therapy
• Ability to work in-person in San Ramon, CA
• An energetic & child-friendly personality - ready to build relationships with kids and have fun in a multidisciplinary therapeutic setting! Must be a flexible thinker and ready to get creative in therapy.
