EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of directly related experience (Required) OR 2 year / Associate Degree in Health Information and 2 years of experience

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years experience required; must include a combination of Healthcare data collection/monitoring or customer service in medical office/healthcare environment (Required)

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES

• Preferred Certifications/Licensures: Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Have near normal vision: Clarity of vision (both near and far), ability to distinguish color shave good manual dexterity Ability to perform repetitive tasks/motion

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Occasionally within shift (1-33%) :(Walking, Bending/Stooping, Twist at waist, Pushing/ Pulling, Lift/carry up to 20 lbs., Reaching above shoulder. Frequently within shift (34-66%) :(Standing, Sitting)
