Our client, one of the largest healthcare corporations, is looking to hire a Patient Care Coordinator in Lake Success, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving customer problems, navigating computer systems while handling customer calls, and providing exceptional service to our patients.

Location: Lake Success, NY

Pay Range: $18.00 to 20.00/hr depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm EST

Duration: 2 month contract job

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls while using computer systems to access information and track requests.
• Assist customers with navigating products and services, ensuring their needs are met.
• Learn new and complex computer systems quickly and efficiently.
• Provide consistent and accurate service despite repetitive tasks.
• Maintain high levels of productivity and focus throughout the workday.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of healthcare customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems using the telephone and computer to perform job duties.
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn new and computer system applications.
• Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to understand multiple healthcare products and benefits.
• Ability to remain productive and focused, even with repetitive tasks.
