About Us:
- Colorado Springs Therapy Center has three rapidly expanding outpatient clinics that offer speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to children and adults in caring environments centered on patients and families. CSTC has been providing excellent care in the Colorado Springs area since 2006 and has been selected as one of the Gazette's Best Workplaces for the last four years. We currently have an opening for a full-time medical receptionist to join our amazing North Office team! Hours for this position are 10:30 to 6:30 Monday through Thursday and 8:00 to 4:00 on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Duties include greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling therapy visits, collecting copays, and completing additional administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have exceptional customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting or scheduling role is preferred. Additional compensation is available for applicants fluent in both Spanish and English.
