Salary: $100,000 - $300,000 per year

Job Details - Work Hybrid Remote
- Manage all phases of complex intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patent disputes.
- Oversee case strategy, discovery, motions practice, and preparation for depositions in high-stakes patent litigation matters.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, legal advice, and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses, as well as trial briefs.
- Depositions, work closely with expert witnesses, and assist with trial preparation, including witness testimony and exhibits.
- Manage post-grant patent proceedings such as inter partes reviews (IPR) before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
- Provide guidance on post-trial strategy and appeals, including presenting cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
- Work closely with senior partners, associates, and clients to develop litigation strategies, manage case workflows, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Stay up to date on developments in patent law and intellectual property trends, and contribute to the growth of the firm’s expertise.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- USPTO registration
- Admission to the Texas bar
- Minimum 4 years of patent litigation experience
- Technical bachelors degree preferred
