Salary: $155,000 - $170,000 per year
A bit about us: We are seeking a highly-motivated Permanent Patent Attorney with a strong background in patent law. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team, providing comprehensive legal support and strategic advice to our diverse clientele. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and innovation, contributing significantly to the intellectual property protection of our clients' inventions. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in patent law and admission to the Minnesota Bar.

4. Represent clients in patent disputes, including infringement and validity challenges, before various courts and patent offices.
5. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
Job Details Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Minnesota Bar.
3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in patent law, including patent prosecution, litigation, and counseling.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. and international patent laws and procedures.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
