**Qualified candidates will have:** * 1 year experience as a Pastry Cook or Pastry Prep
* Well-rounded pastry experience including plating, assembling, tempering chocolate, baking cakes, making ice cream, etc.
* Able to work production and service
* Eagerness to learn and grow
* Positive demeanor, ability to take direction, and passion for the food industry
