• Create and Delight: Take part in the baking, cooking, and meticulous arrangement of our menu's delightful desserts, working alongside a team of culinary experts.
• Elevate Every Detail: Maintain a spotless and organized kitchen, ensuring that every dish not only tastes amazing but looks impeccable too.
• Master the Tools of the Trade: Skillfully operate equipment such as mixers, food processors, slicers, blenders, and more, all while adhering to our high standards.
• Ensure Top Notch Quality: Check the quality of ingredients, ensuring that every component of our desserts meets our guests’ high standards.
• Lead with Organization: Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders with precision, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Pastry Assistant Job Requirements:

• Must be able to accurately weigh, sift, measure, and mix baking ingredients.
• Be able to adhere to recipes.
• Must be knowledgeable in bread and standard pastry items such as: ice creams, cakes, chocolate, and various pastry techniques.
• Must have at least 3 years of pastry experience.
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
• Must have basic bakery skills and a good understanding of bakery terminology, as well as baker's math.
• Ability to perform effectively under conditions of fluctuating workload.
• Ability to interact in a team based environment.
• Ability to complete orders quickly.
• ServSafe is a plus, as well as previous experience in a high-volume bakery or restaurant setting.
