Job Description
As a Parts Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Parts Department and Warehouse. In this role, you"ll ensure efficient inventory management, optimize workflows, and maintain a safe, organized workplace. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in logistics, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage parts ordering, receiving, and shipping processes to meet dealer and customer needs.
- Maintain and optimize warehouse inventory, leveraging barcode systems for accurate tracking.
- Forecast demand and maintain adequate stock levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee and ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of parts receiving and shipping areas.
- Lead a team, ensuring compliance with company policies, safe work practices, and operational standards.
- Select and manage vendor relationships for yard maintenance, janitorial services, and equipment upkeep.
- Drive facility improvement projects to enhance functionality and efficiency.
- Analyze current processes and implement strategies to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

- Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in parts and logistics, including inventory forecasting and management.
- Experience managing distribution processes for agricultural or heavy equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
