Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing classroom activities and maintaining a positive, engaging learning environment.
- Support childrens social, emotional, and educational development through play, structured activities, and one-on-one interactions.
- Help ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Build relationships with children, parents, and staff to foster a strong school community.
- Supervise children and provide assistance during meals, rest periods, and transitions between activities.
- Follow all Primrose School policies and state licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
- A love for working with children and a passion for early childhood education.
- Previous experience in a childcare setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to various classroom settings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable and able to work assigned shifts.
