POSITION: Part Time School Business Administrator/Board Secretary
[approximately 2 days per week]
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be experienced in all areas of business functions
* Valid NJ School Business Administrator Certificate
* Prior experience in a school business office with school finance and accounting required
* GAAP accounting procedures experience
* Hands-on experience with budget development
* Solid working knowledge of statutory and code requirements related to school finance and purchasing
* Experience with EWEG, HOMEROOM, State reports - NCLB, IDEA, NJ Smart, ESSER
* Knowledge of insurance/risk management
* Knowledge and management of Transportation, Food Service and Building Operations
* Capital Projects management experience
* Excellent technology and computer application skills
* Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
* Must be willing to work with all stakeholders
* Be mindful of district goals
