Seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include

• Answering phones and emails
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
• Filing and organizing documents (digital and paper)
• Data entry and basic record keeping
• General office support as needed
• Periodically providing one-on-one support to children

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer use
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Motivated, self-starter who takes initiative
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Prior office experience preferred but not required

Schedule

• 4-5 days per week, 4 hours per day, Possible hours 10am-2pm

Compensation

• $25 per hour
