Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a enthusiastic and collaborative team.
• Promote new products and initiatives to create exciting customer engagement.
• Ensure operational excellence by balancing delegation with customer-focused selling practices.
• Monitor loss prevention, payroll, and staff schedules to maintain a profitable environment.
• Communicate with retail leadership on customer feedback and emerging trends.
• Utilize sales reports and data to strategize and hit sales targets.
• Merchandise the store effectively, following planograms and timely promotions.
• Foster a high-performing team that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Need

• 1-2 years of retail management experience, ideally in music or pop culture contexts.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on team development.
• Excellent communication, time management, and operational skills.
• A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to the fast-paced retail environment.
• Physical capability to navigate the store and manage merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
