The College of Agricultural Sciences, Farm Services seeks to hire individuals to fill part-time positions to work the summer season. Job responsibilities will include: Assist with everyday farming activities using various farming equipment such as tractors, manure spreaders, and mowers on University farms; Assist with hay and straw harvest; Assist with field harvest operations; Assist with Snider Agricultural Arena maintenance and event staging requirements; Assist with general maintenance of equipment and vehicles; Perform clean-up duties in and around farm buildings and fields as needed; Tolerance to various environmental conditions is required. This job requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid US driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred but not required. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, beginning May 12 through August 22, 2025.
