About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key leader in driving the organization's growth, overseeing capital investments, and managing financial reporting. This executive role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to cultivate relationships and a diverse background in various industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing leadership in complex strategic transitions, and ensuring operational excellence in financial systems and reporting. The CFO will also be involved in team management and development, financial strategy and operations, and risk and compliance management. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a CPA or equivalent, and a minimum of 15-20 years' experience in accounting, including a CFO role. Experience in organizations with significant annual gross revenue and a large employee base is essential. The role demands exemplary communication skills, a proven track record in team building, and strong financial administration leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial accounting systems, audits, budgeting, and GAAP accounting, and the ability to work at both granular and strategic levels.
