Job Opportunity: Park Maintenance Supervisor (Full-Time)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Outdoor Work Environment (Street Trash Pickup)

Were looking for a dedicated and responsible Supervisor to oversee a crew of inmates during street cleanup and trash removal. This hands-on role involves ensuring the work is done safely , efficiently , and in compliance with established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a group of inmates during outdoor trash pickup activities.
• Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Maintain accurate records of inmate work hours and activities.
• Provide guidance and support to inmates, fostering a productive environment.
• Monitor performance and maintain discipline, reporting any issues to appropriate authorities.
• Assist with other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Reliability and punctuality , with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills .
• Ability to stay organized and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Previous experience in supervision or related fields is a plus.
