Rockford Area Schools is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support our students at Rockford Middle. As a Paraprofessional, you’ll work closely with licensed staff to help at-risk students thrive in a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities include assisting teachers with classroom activities, supervising students, fostering positive behavior, and encouraging social engagement. This role offers opportunities to work one-on-one, in small groups, and across grade levels.
