Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in construction or a related field.
• Proficiency with electrical and pneumatic power tools and hand tools.
• Basic math skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair wooden pallets (75-85 lbs.) efficiently and accurately to meet safety and productivity standards.
• Inspect pallets for defects such as broken boards, missing components, nail defects, debris, and contamination.
• Correct any defects not meeting specifications.
• Remove damaged boards using a pry bar and hammer.
• Utilize a reciprocating saw and grinder to remove old and bent nails.
• Attach appropriate boards per company specifications using a pneumatic nail gun and hammer.
• Perform basic math to track pallet repairs.
• Be prepared for frequent overtime, weekend work, or rotating shifts.
