4th Generation Painting is a fast-growing, residential painting company looking to expand our crew of painters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Valid drivers license & transportation
Pass drug test & background check
Must be able to work well on team
Must have good attitude, organization, and excellent time management
Ability to keep a clean work environment, interior & exterior
Must be able to carry 50lbs & be comfortable on ladders, boom lifts, & scaffolding
Must follow all safety procedures & company policies
We are hiring for the following positions immediately:
JOURNEYMAN PAINTER
Must have at least 10+ years experience in paint
Be proficient in prepping, brushing, rolling, & spraying
Be proficient in cutting in (straight lines)
Patching/repairing drywall experience, preferred not required
Carpentry experience a plus
Experience with staining and clear coating
Pressure washing experience
High attention to detail & ability to complete within production schedule
Must be friendly & able to communicate well with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members
PAINTER 1-5 years painting experience required
Be proficient in prepping, brushing, rolling, & spraying

Experience spraying preferred, but not required
Patching/repairing drywall experience, preferred not required
Pressure washing experience
Willingness to learn
HELPER Masking & prepping experience preferred, but not required
