**Adecco is seeking a** **Packer/Shipper** **to join our local client in Phoenix, AZ! This position is responsible for packing, crating, and preparing products for shipment according to shop work orders. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can handle physical work, and is comfortable using basic tools for crate assembly.** **Location:** Phoenix, AZ **Job Type:** Full-Time Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM **Pay: 18/hour** **Key Responsibilities** Follow packing instructions as outlined in the Shop Work Order paperwork. Verify product counts to ensure accuracy before packing. Label bundles and crates with the correct product information and quantities. Complete all Shop Work Order paperwork, documenting the number of bundles and their contents. Build crates for shipping using tools such as a chop saw, tape measure, and nail gun. Assist in other departments as needed. **Required Skills & Qualifications** Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and handle products repeatedly. Comfortable standing for **8-hour shifts** . Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Experience using a **chop saw** and **nail gun** (preferred but training available).
