Roles & Responsibilities

• Dispense and fill liquid antibodies into vials using pipettes, peristaltic pumps, and balances
• Inspect, label, and package clinical and commercial products per quality standards
• Organize and stage packaging materials and complete documentation
• Support label creation, inventory handling, and SAP data entry
• Maintain clean workstations and follow EH&S safety practices
• Participate in safety audits and shift meetings
• Follow work orders, schedules, and adjust to shifting priorities

Experience Required

• Minimum 6 months industry experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment
• Hands-on use of lab equipment like pipettes, peristaltic pumps, balances

Skills & Certifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to calculate volumes (mg/ml, metric system)
• Basic math and computer literacy
• Good documentation practices and team collaboration
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Science and/or manufacturing background mandatory
