We're seeking a reliable and hardworking team member to join a dynamic production team in Wadsworth, Ohio. This is a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Operate both manual and automated equipment for handling roofing material.
• Assist with material handling and potentially operate a forklift (on-the-job training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Be a team player and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
