The Grandview at Las Vegas seeks energetic, motivated sales representatives to engage and build rapport with prospective clients and current owners while promoting the benefits of owning at Vacation prospective Village clients Resorts. $2500 SIGN ON BONUS (Terms Apply)
Essential Job Responsibilities
• Conduct sales presentations with current and potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of vacation ownership and the surrounding amenities.
• Generate sales by building relationships with prospective clients and current owners.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns during their tour of the resort and purchase.
• Attend daily sales meetings and educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the industry.
• No cold calling! Leads are prequalified and provided by the Company.
Position Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
• Ability to deliver consistently high-quality presentations.
• Must be able to demonstrate prompt, reliable, and motivational demeanor at all times.
• Requires excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on a positive attitude and effective communication skills
• Must demonstrate professional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form with a diverse group to negotiate win-win solutions.
• Must possess a dynamic and outgoing personality.
• Organizational and leadership skills are required, and a general professional appearance and attitude must be maintained.
• Requires a Nevada Real Estate or Timeshare License (Company Helps Provide).
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
We provide sales training for our vacation products. Our sales representatives receive a per diem and earn commissions and bonuses.
