Description Job Title: Outside Sales Rep I Reports To: Sales Manager Compensation: Base Salary + Car Allowance + Commission Benefits: 100% 401K match up to 4% 3-tier medical insurance 2-tier dental insurance Vision insurance Employer paid life insurance Critical illness, hospital indemnity & accident insurance $3,000 tuition reimbursement PTO About the Role: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, consulting with clients, and delivering tailored product solutions that align with their project needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor, positioning our high-end products as the preferred choice for industry professionals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals. Build relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and other key decision-makers within the A&D industry. Conduct compelling product presentations and live demonstrations to showcase our solutions. Actively prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Maintain and update all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in CRM software daily. Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer margins to optimize strategies. Provide detailed price quotes, proposals, and delivery information to customers. Assist in resolving billing disputes and other customer concerns as needed. Participate in industry trade shows, events, and networking functions to promote our brand. Occasionally assist in the showroom to support in-person customer interactions. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably within the A&D industry or luxury product sales. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience selling luxury or high-end products is highly desirable. Knowledge of commercial markets and project-based sales is a plus. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
