Our client, a local logistics warehouse is seeking an order selector to join their team. As a order selector, you will be part of the team supporting outbound shipments by selecting ordered products and packing. The ideal candidate will have some warehouse or order selecting experience.
Job Title: Order Selector
Location: Cobleskill
Pay Range: 18.25
What’s the Job?
Accurately select wine and spirits orders based on pick lists or electronic devices
Verify product codes, quantities, and conditions before packing
Handle and move products carefully to avoid damage
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Previous warehouse or order selection experience preferred but not required
Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule consistently 3:30pm to Midnight
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
Basic familiarity with handheld scanning devices or willingness to learn
Team-oriented with good communication skills
