Warehouse Order Puller – 2nd shift
This is a contact position with an opportunity to be hired full-time. Location: Houston, TX 77051
Shift: Day Shift: 2:30pm-11pm, $16-$18/hr
Integrity Trade Services is seeking experienced Warehouse Order Pullers for our partner, a leading distributor of Carbon and Stainless Pipe, Fittings, Valves, and Flanges. This is a hands-on role requiring specific product experience.
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Order Puller with direct experience handling pipes, flanges, and valves. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage the receiving, picking, and shipping of products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities - Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pull orders for pipes, flanges, valves, and fittings based on customer requests.
- Receiving & Shipping: Assist with unloading trucks, verifying incoming shipments, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and store materials in designated areas while maintaining accurate inventory counts.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure a clean and orderly work environment by sweeping, organizing shelves, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to move and manage inventory.
Requirements - Product Knowledge: Hands-on experience handling pipes, flanges, and valves is a must.
- Equipment Skills: Experience operating Sit-Down Forklifts, Stand-Up Reach Trucks, and Order Pickers is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting/moving items up to 50 lbs. and occasionally over 100 lbs.
- Experience:
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving.
- Background working with carbon fittings and flanges is highly preferred.
- Work Ethic: Dependable, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
- Compliance: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements - Regularly stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Occasionally sit or climb.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment requiring precise visual and manual coordination.
