Job Description

Order Processing Specialist will be responsible for receiving stock and processing orders to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently and punctually. By answering customer emails, answering phone calls, follow up with customer on pricing and available of the items.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Pick/Pack/Ship finished goods for domestic and international shipments.
2. Print and apply labels for manufactured components.
3. Assemble completed component into finished goods and stock in inventory management system.
4. Identify and locate materials using our automated systems.
5. Inventory spot checks, digital and physical transaction requests, warehouse transfers, issuance requests, and digital scrap requests.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 1 - 3 years’ work experience.
2. Diploma Holders or Degree Holders with minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
4. Willing to bring laptop home to work when necessary.
5. Preferably with prior work experience in this area.
