Job Details

Our company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Order Fulfillment Manager to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position in the Manufacturing industry, offering an exciting opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of our order fulfillment process. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all order fulfillment operations including order processing, shipping, and delivery to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
2. Implement and maintain efficient and effective order management systems, leveraging ERP and CRM tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
3. Develop and implement order fulfillment strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of order fulfillment processes.
5. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
6. Lead and manage a team of order fulfillment staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
8. Analyze order fulfillment metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management and making recommendations for improvements.
9. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in order fulfillment, operations, or a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems.
4. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams to achieve high performance.
5. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues swiftly and professionally.
6. Solid understanding of eCommerce and online order management systems.
7. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
9. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
