Oracle EPM Senior Product Manager

Location: New York, NY

A leading global investment firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of its finance systems. This role is critical to delivering strategic enhancements across Oracle ERP and EPM platforms, supporting functions like fixed assets, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve financial workflows and reporting
• Oversee the functional integration and configuration of Oracle ERP/EPM systems
• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with organizational finance goals
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end delivery using Agile methodologies
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and executive leadership
• Mentor junior product owners, promoting best practices in product design and project execution
• Respond effectively to urgent finance close issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on finance and accounting systems
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud, including backend and integration knowledge
• Deep understanding of core finance processes: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, and reporting
• Track record of delivering high-impact projects and influencing cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
