JOB TITLE: Oracle Database Administrator LOCATION: Remote LinTech Global is looking for an Oracle Database Administrator to provide Information Technology (IT) Systems Support Services to support our contract with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Compliance and Enforcement Assurance. Position Overview: Install and maintain the Oracle database software. Createstorage database structures with high-level security features. Alter storage structures to meet the evolving needs of the project. Configure database user accounts. Train users on how to access the information in the database. Identify and debug malfunctioning programs affecting the database integrity. Create autonomous database backups. Update the database security protocols as needed. Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science. Familiarity with Oracle database design, coding, and documentation. Knowledge of database backup procedures, recovery systems, and SQL. Knowledge of programming languages and API. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to visualize algorithmic structures. Experience working with information technology projects with a focus on applying federal or state environmental statutes and enforcement policies, while not required, is preferred.
