Job Description

Adecco is currently assisting a local financial client in their search for two Operations Specialists in Scranton, PA. The positions are full time, 3rd shift, onsite, with a starting pay rate of $18.71/hr

Responsibilities :

Onsite role with 5 days a month remote access pending if the candidate has the necessary internet connections.

(Work From Home standard of 5 days per month after the conclusion of a 3-month training period. Please note our staff work from home posture are privileges, and not guaranteed. They can be revoked if operator performance is not met and maintained at the same standard as in office, or if any disciplinary action concerns arise)

Extensive onsite training for about 6-7 weeks.

Shift is a 3rd shift schedule of Midnight to 9am EST.

OT available after 8 weeks on the job

Conversion to FTE option based on performance.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Typing and Data entry experience
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with ability to meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional Customer Service experience
Experience with working independently and on teams
Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
Experienced with managing multiple priorities and multi tasks
Able to work weekends and overtime when needed

Pay Details: $18.71 per hour
