You’ll be the heartbeat of our office, keeping daily operations on track and supporting a dynamic group of passionate, driven professionals. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting daily office operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and juggling priorities like a pro Assisting with purchasing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping Collaborating with leadership on process improvements and team projects Acting as a friendly, resourceful point of contact for internal and external partners Helping maintain a positive and productive workplace culture (yes, you’re that important!)
