Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Nursing Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the next generation of nurses by delivering engaging and informative online courses. As an Online Nursing Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge, mentor aspiring nurses, and contribute to the advancement of healthcare education.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver online nursing courses that align with program objectives and standards.
• Create engaging and interactive course content, including lectures, assignments, quizzes, and discussion forums.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic progress.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Utilize various educational technologies and resources to enhance the online learning experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nursing education and healthcare to ensure the relevance of course materials.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve and update course content.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and other departmental activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (Ph.D. or DNP preferred).
• Current and active nursing license.
• Minimum of [X] years of clinical nursing experience.
