Currently, we are seeking an On-Demand Notary Service Agent to enhance our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct signings, administer oaths or affirmations, and certify document copies. Meet clients at various venues to perform notarial services. Follow notarial laws, regulations, and best practices to uphold integrity. Confirm document authenticity and signer identity. Keep accurate records of notarial acts and client details. Address inquiries and ensuring positive experiences. Uphold integrity, impartiality, and confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check. Possess Notary Public Certification obtained through state-specific education and exams, demonstrating knowledge of notarial laws and regulations. Customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to ensure borrowers' questions are satisfactorily answered, while enhancing job performance and maintaining positive interactions. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
