Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our team as Office Staff. This role involves setting appointments using our internal systems (training will be provided), keeping customers informed about their scheduled services, and maintaining accurate notes and records to help track the progress of our work.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments using our company software (training provided)
Communicate with customers to confirm or update appointments
Maintain clear and accurate records of all interactions and job progress
Support general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
